9. Legal Confirmation

Duty of Care Obligations

Under the Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2012, you have a legal Duty of Care to ensure your waste is disposed of properly. By using Borders Waste Solutions Ltd (SEPA Registration SC878865), you fulfil this obligation.

We will provide a Waste Transfer Note as legal proof that your waste was collected by a registered carrier and disposed of at authorised facilities.
